1. The Yorkshire Spa Retreat ‘Win a Luxury Lodge Holiday Home Experience’ (the Promotion) is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over, except employees of Yorkshire Spa Retreat (the Promoter), agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. This is a Facebook, Instagram and Events Competition/Promotion, and to take part in the Competition you must complete one of the following tasks;

4. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter the competition/Promotion.
4. The Promotion/Competition opens on 4th July at 6pm (GMT/BST). The promotion will close at 5pm (GMT/BST) on 30th September 2023. In this instance, the period from 4th July - 30th September inclusive, will be known as the “Promotion Period”. Any entries outside the Promotion Period will not be included or counted.
5. The prize winner will be selected randomly from all participants by our Owner Sales Manager.
6. The prize is for a two-night. mid week stay in the two bedroom, sleeps 4 Fairfax Spa luxury lodge, self-catering during off peak only (off peak breiaks exclude school holidays and bank holidays). The holiday stay aill include: 3-hours use of our luxury Spa per lodge guest, and a complementary glass of prosecco – all to be redeemed at Yorkshire Spa Retreat, Gale Lane, Nawton, York, YO62 7SD.
If the winners are under the age of 21 they will require the lead booker of any Spa Day won, to be 21 or over. All Spa guests must be over 18.
The winner will be able to choose a date to redeem their prize, off-peak, and subject to availability. The prize accomodation does not include a hot-tub, and is not pet friendly. Hot tubs, and pet-friendly accomodation upgrades may be available at an additional charge.
The Luxury Lodge Holiday Home Experience must be booked before 1st December 2023 and taken before 31st March 2023.
The prize is self-catering and does not include travel expenses.
7. The winner will be contacted by email by 14th October 2023. The winner must respond to notification of their prize by 11:59pm on [GMT/BST] 30th November 2023. Failure to respond in that time will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoters reserves the right to select a new winner, in these circumstances.
8. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material free of charge.
9. The decision of the Promoter in relation to the Promotion/Competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into. No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party.
10. The name of the winner is available on request.
11. Automated, bulk or third party entries will be disqualified. Any incomplete, corrupted or entries not in accordance with the entry instructions, will be rejected. Any entries from participants, who we reasonably believe have acted unfairly, will be disqualified.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE: SPA & RESTAURANT GUESTS
Our Yorkshire Spa Retreat team will ensure that your visit with us is as relaxing as possible, and will look after your needs throughout your visit, so if you do have any queries with regards to you experience with, we would kindly recommend that you have a chat with our Guest Experience Team, who will always be happy to help. Our friendly team will seek to rectify your query immediately and ensure we get your experience right back on track. However, if for any reason this is not possible, they will escalate any issues raised to the park Owners who will review your query.

If we are unable to resolve the matter immediately, we’ll send an acknowledgement of receipt of the query/complaint (via post or email) within 5 business days.
If we require more information, we will get in touch with you via your preferred means of communication. Our guest resolution target is within 28 working days of us receiving your query/complaint and we will certainly provide you as a minimum a progress update within this timeframe.
