Terms and Conditions - Yorkshire Spa Retreat Easter Egg Competition ‘Your Chance to Win a 2-night stay at The Hideaway*’


  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees of Yorkshire Spa Retreat and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must:

  • Guess the number of Easter eggs in the bath, shown on our social media posts or website entry form page
  • Complete the website entry form, via the link in our social media posts
  • Website entry forms must be submitted in full and complete all fields including 'guess the numbe rof egges' 'tell us why you'd love to win a stay, spa, and dine at Yorkshire Spa Retreat!' and your contact details (name, telephone number and email).
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.


  • A two-night stay in The Hideaway for two people, including one 60-minute treatment per person.
  • The prize is a two-night, mid-week stay with arrivals on Mondays and Wednesdays only.  This is a self-catering accommodation prize, sleeps a maximum of two people, in ‘The Hideaway’ accommodation at Yorkshire Spa Retreat.  Expenses, and Yorkshire Spa Retreat services other than those named, are not included in the prize.

Competition Period:

  • The competition opens on 1st March 2024 and closes at midnight on 1st April 2024.

Winner Selection:

  • The prize will be awarded to the winner guessing the exact number only.  In the event of multiple correct guesses, one winner will be selected at random for the first prize
  • The winner will be chosen within 7 days of the closing date and announced on our website.  Our team will also contact the winner via telephone.  The winner will not be notified on social media or via any other method.
  • Please note that the prize must be booked before 31st May 2024, and taken before 31st October 2024.  Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value/cash alternative.


  • This competition is not linked with Meta or associated in any way with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
  • Yorkshire Spa Retreat (the promoter) reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at any time.
  • By entering the competition, the winner agrees to allow Yorkshire Spa Retreat to promote their first name, social handle, and/or images for marketing purposes related to the business.

  • Please note that Yorkshire Spa Retreat (the promoter) will never ask participants to share personal information with us online, and we will never ask for your bank details.
  • Participants are advised to be cautious of fraud and report any suspicious activities related to the competition.

This 2 for 1 cocktail offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.  The Dome reserves the right to alter or withdraw this offer at any time.

Our team at the Yorkshire Spa Retreat strive to ensure that our guest receive excellent customer service every step of the way...

However, we understand we may not always get it right.  In the unlikely event that our guests may feel it appropriate to make a complaint, the following outlines the Yorkshire Spa Retreat procedure and policy.


All luxury lodge holidays are booked via our partner Hoseasons under the terms and conditions as stated on their website.   Any queries should be raised initially with the Hoseasons team.   Please see: Contacting Hoseasons 


Our Yorkshire Spa Retreat team will ensure that your visit with us is as relaxing as possible, and will look after your needs throughout your visit, so if you do have any queries with regards to you experience with, we would kindly recommend that you have a chat with our Guest Experience Team, who will always be happy to help.  Our friendly team will seek to rectify your query immediately and ensure we get your experience right back on track. However, if for any reason this is not possible, they will escalate any issues raised to the park Owners who will review your query.

Please provide us as much information about the matter as possible:

  • Your full name, address, email address and telephone number
  • Confirmation of preferred means of communication
  • Details of any previous correspondence you’ve had with us
  • Details of your query or complaint 

If we are unable to resolve the matter immediately, we’ll send an acknowledgement of receipt of the query/complaint (via post or email) within 5 business days.

If we require more information, we will get in touch with you via your preferred means of communication. Our guest resolution target is within 28 working days of us receiving your query/complaint and we will certainly provide you as a minimum a progress update within this timeframe.

If for whatever reason this is not possible, we will contact you to explain the reasons why and let you know how long our investigations are likely to take.

We are committed to treating you fairly and transparently, and to dealing with your concerns as quickly as we can. If you would like to speak to someone about our complaints procedures, or the way we have handled a complaint, please give us a call 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, on 01439 413102 and we will do our utmost to resolve your complaint.


Discounts and special offers may be made in conjunction with our published prices. The cost per holiday, after any discounts, may vary by arrival date and accommodation type.  All discounts and special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.  Special offers cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion and will only be honoured if mentioned at the time of booking. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you will pay, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one offer per booking.



*Terms and conditions apply.  Yorkshire Spa Retreat presents Luxury Lodge Owner Programs starting from £34,380*.  The Owner Programs involves a 1/4 share, providing 70 nights a year in:

  • The Brambles (a 2023 Lakewood lodge, 42x14ft, 2 bedrooms) featuring an external garden, kitchen, pergola, and decking system, or
  • The Elders (a 2024 Kahlo Lodge, 44x14ft, 2 bedrooms) featuring an external garden, kitchen, pergola, decking system and hot tub, or
  • The Mulberries (a 2023 Faraday lodge, 40x20ft, 2 bedrooms) featuring an external garden, kitchen, pergola, decking system, and a hot tub, or
  • The Damsons (a 2024 lodge, 48x22ft, 3 bedrooms) featuring an external garden, kitchen, pergola, decking system, and a large hot tub.

* Pet-friendly options are available on selected lodges 

Pricing and Savings: Prices start at £34,380*, £47,980*, £57,580* and £78,590* respectively.  The term "Save £103,104*" refers to the cost difference between Full Ownership of The Brambles and a 1/4 share Owner Program.  The term "Save £143,940*" refers to the price variance between Full Ownership of The Elders and a 1/4 share Owner Program.  The term "Save £172,140*" refers to the price variance between Full Ownership of The Mulberries and a 1/4 share Owner Program. "Save £235,770*" refers to the price variance between Full Ownership of The Damsonsand a 1/4 share Owner Program.  Prices exclude the annual Site Fee, an additional cost.  Complete details regarding the Site Fee and related services are available upon request.

Prices are accurate as of October 17, 2023, and are subject to change.  The annual Site Fee is not included in the Owner Program price. Yorkshire Spa Retreat reserves the right to make changes to the Owner Program, lodge specifications, and associated fees, with updates communicated on this page.  Owners are allocated 70 nights per year in their designated lodge.  Additional usage, full Owner Program terms,  and adjustments to the Owner Program is subject to terms outlined in the comprehensive agreement.

For each successful owner referral leading to the purchase of a holiday home ownership - Retreat membership package, you will be rewarded with £500 in cash. To qualify for this promotion, please ensure that you complete the referral form and submit it to our reception or sales team. In the case of direct enquiries initiated by your friends or family, kindly ask them to inform our Reception/Sales team about the referral before attending their site visit with us. The owner Must refer the potential buyer prior to the initial site visit, referral claims after a site visit will not be valid.  A site visit refers to the initial sales appointment with our team on park.  After the sale is completed and your referral receives approval from the Yorkshire Spa Retreat Sale Team, the £500 reward will be deposited into your bank account within 30 days.

Please note that the £500 cash referral reward will not be issued if the purchaser is already known to Yorkshire Spa Retreat through other sources. The referral payment will be disbursed only upon the full completion of the holiday home sale. This offer is valid from September 15, 2023, to September 14, 2024, only. Should you require additional information, please feel free to reach out to any member of our team or visit our reception to collect your referral form. Yorkshire Spa Retreat reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this promotional offer at its discretion, at any time.

Local Businesses Partnership Offer.

By simply writing your business name on the back of the leaflets, you can help your customers receive a fantastic 10% discount on spa treatments at our luxury spa, and food at The Dome Restaurant & Bar, located within Yorkshire Spa Retreat. Moreover, to express our gratitude for your support, we will enter all received leaflets into our quarterly draw to give you the chance to win a delightful meal for two at The Dome Restaurant.

By participating in this partnership, you not only provide your customers with exclusive benefits but also demonstrate your commitment to enhancing their experiences in the local community. It's a win-win situation for all involved, as our collective efforts can drive footfall and foster a sense of community spirit.

The prize is a two-course meal for 2, and a bottle of house wine, at The Dome Restaurant & Bar.  Meals can be chosen from our A La Carte Evening menu.  The bottle of house wine can be exchanged for 4 house drinks (wine, beer, lager, soft drinks, or hot drinks).

To enter, your customers need to hand in the leaflets to Yorkshire Spa Retreat, to receive their 10% off, we will then store all leaflets and draw a winner at random once a quarter.  Our next Draw will take place on 31st October 2023 & 9th January 2024.  Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw and have 3 months to redeem their prize.  The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. Summer Spa Membership - 3-Month Membership Offer.

 *Terms and Conditions apply. Summer Membership Offer is a 3-month Spa access membership with use of the outdoor wild natural swim pond & outdoor hydrotherapy pool, Thermal Cabins including the Himalayan Salt Sauna, Herbal Lounge, Steam Room and Spa Dome Lounge & Bar.  Members must pre-book spa visits in advance.  Unlimited use means that members can use the Spa any day of the week throughout the 3-month membership period, and due to our maximum occupancy rules - this is subject to availability.  

Visits include access to the facilities only. Food, beverages, treatments, and products are available at an additional cost. 

Members will also qualify for 20% off any retail products & 20% off treatments, during their membership period.  A one-off gifted Tote Bag with branded Flip-Flops and water bottle are included and will be presented to the member upon their first visit, subject to availability.

The Total Price for the 3-month membership is £400 per person.  This £400 fee is payable, in full, at the start of the membership and valid for 3 months (90 days) from the membership start date.  This membership can be booked in July or August 2023 only.  Memberships are for a single person, as named on the membership booking.  Additional, or accompanying guests, may also visit or spa but must also sign-up for our membership offer or pay the standard rates (our Spa packages and day rates can be found on our website, or by contacting the Spa Team)

Your membership will be valid for the 3-month (90-day period) from your membership sign-up date, after which time your membership will end and you will have the opportunity to sign-up for our full spa membership package.  Due to the promotional offer price, cancellations of a Summer Spa Membership will not qualify for any refund, full or in part.
