Our Yorkshire Spa Retreat is the first in a collection of holiday parks with 5-star. boutique hotel style services that promote wellness and a connection to nature.
Founded by Miles Dewhurst, with a track record in successfully delivering 5-star parks across the UK and built on over 25 years’ experience in the holiday lodge park industry, the Yorkshire Spa Retreat concept is a unique experience that brings the next level of rest and relaxations to our guests.
In October 2022, our superb resort launched offering a unique spa, dining, and lodge experience. Set in over 11-acres of rolling Yorkshire parkland this oasis of tranquillity provides holiday makers with an ideal place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the splendour of the Yorkshire Moors countryside.
Growing our portfolio, we plan to create a further 2 retreats in the next 3 to 5 years, all unique in their individual settings but equal in terms of their 5-star status, design and quality.
Since our inception in 2021, we have invested in excess of £4.5 million developing the very best in lodge holiday experiences, employing our friendly team from the local area and creating strong links in the local community to drive our local economy.

The Yorkshire Spa Retreat is a luxurious and stylish holiday lodge park, promoting wellness in a sustainable way, and a base for the perfect relaxing getaway and a gateway to enjoy the local communities around our parks.
With your health and wellness at the centre of every stay, we understand that well-being means different things to different people, that’s why we’ve developed a retreat with a range of facilities and activities, that allow you to truly relax and unwind.
Carefully designed to compliment the local area, our Yorkshire Spa Retreat offers the highest standards in landscaping, facilities and guest experience. Our guests can sit back and relax while we take care of everything; from making a reservation at a favourite restaurant to arranging local grocery packs upon arrival.
Our team work together to deliver the highest standards of service and care to our guests. Employed from the local area, our park team includes a dedicated Guest Experience Manager to look after our guests' requirements throughout the year, bringing a wealth of local knowledge to ensure our guests make the most of their stay on park.
A stunning retreat location, with an abundance of activity and beauty on our doorstep, we’re all about making the most of the great outdoors. Whether it’s a relaxing walk around our local towns and villages, finding an adventure on the many walking and cycling trails, or enjoying the local pubs and restaurants, our team on park will ensure you get the most from every stay.
Our Spa Retreat strives to improve the world we live in, little by little, day by day. As well as connecting with the local community, and businesses that surround our retreat, we use local suppliers, and produce, from the surrounding area as much as possible.
Welcoming our guests to enjoy a relaxing break, a spa treatment or sumptuous meal, at any time of the year. And, with seasonal offers and events, you can enjoy an energising weekend away, a long summer break, or a celebratory Christmas.
Creating a place to reconnect with nature, and friends and family, is important to us at The Yorkshire Spa Retreat, and because pets can be a big part of them, most areas of our retreat are Pet Friendly. Whatever the occasion, we’ll ensure it’s one to remember!
After opening our doors in October 2022, we’ve already been a big hit in the local community and our guests that have visited so far.
