This offer is available to new members only who sign up to either a Gym & Spa Pass membership or an Ultimate Gym membership.
The complimentary 30-minute spa treatment must be used within 4 weeks of joining the gym.
The free treatment is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative service or extended.
The offer is valid on new memberships purchased during February only.
Appointments are subject to availability.

Wellness Retreat Terms & Conditions

By confirming your Wellness Retreat experience with Yorkshire Spa Retreat, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure an enjoyable and restorative stay for all guests.

1. Booking & Payment
• Retreat experiences are priced per guest, based on shared accommodation unless otherwise specified.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

2. Accommodation
• Guests will be accommodated in our luxury lodges on a shared basis, unless single occupancy has been arranged in advance.
• if single occupancy has been arranged, a single occupancy supplement applies and must be requested at the time of booking.
• Lodge allocations are carefully managed by our team. While we always aim to accommodate preferences, specific lodges can only be guaranteed if confirmed in advance. Upgrades may be available at an additional cost.

3. Retreat Programme & Inclusions
• Your retreat includes a thoughtfully designed programme of wellness sessions and experiences, as outlined in your wellness retreat booking.
• The retreat package includes selected spa treatments, as specified within your itinerary. Additional treatments may be reserved at an additional cost.
• Dining is included as part of your wellness retreat, featuring selected meals and drinks only, designed to support wellbeing.
• Complimentary beverages include a selection of soft and hot drinks; other drinks, including alcoholic beverages and premium selections, are chargeable. 
• While every effort is made to deliver the programme as advertised, Yorkshire Spa Retreat reserves the right to make considered adjustments to schedules, experiences, or instructors where necessary.

4. Health & Wellbeing
• Guests must be aged 16 years or over.
• By attending, you confirm that you are in suitable health to participate in retreat activities.
• Any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns should be disclosed prior to arrival to allow us to support your experience appropriately.
• Participation in all activities is undertaken at your own discretion.

5. Spa & Facilities
• Full access to our spa facilities is included, featuring thermal experiences such as the Himalayan Salt Sauna, Herbal Steam Room, Hydrotherapy Pool, Wild Swim Pond and relaxation areas. 
• We kindly ask all guests to observe spa etiquette and follow guidance from our team to maintain a calm and safe environment for everyone.

6. Additional Services
• Bespoke enhancements, including additional spa treatments, private sessions, chauffeur services, and personalised experiences, can be arranged and will be charged separately.

7. Cancellations & Amendments
• Retreat bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In exceptional circumstances, requests for amendments may be reviewed at the discretion of management.

8. Guest Experience & Consideration for Others
• Yorkshire Spa Retreat is a sanctuary designed for rest, relaxation, and quiet enjoyment.
• We ask all guests to be mindful of the shared environment and to conduct themselves with consideration and respect for others throughout their stay.
• In the unlikely event that behaviour significantly impacts the experience of other guests, we reserve the right to curtail the stay, without refund.

9. Liability
• Yorkshire Spa Retreat cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or injury during your stay, except where required by law.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times

Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Yorkshire Spa Retreat and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win this competition.


The Prize: One winner will receive: A two-course meal for two in The Dome Restaurant, A one-night stay for two in our Couples Hideaway Lodge, Complimentary spa access for two from check-in to check-out, A Gym Pass per person.


Winner Selection & NotificationOne winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted by telephone and email on 6th April 2026 by the Yorkshire Spa Retreat team.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of first contact, Yorkshire Spa Retreat reserves the right to select an alternative winner.


Booking & Availability: Blackout dates may apply, including peak periods and subject to availability.
The prize must be booked in advance with our reception team and cannot be transferred to another person.

Our team at the Yorkshire Spa Retreat strive to ensure that our guest receive excellent customer service every step of the way...

However, we understand we may not always get it right.  In the unlikely event that our guests may feel it appropriate to make a complaint, the following outlines the Yorkshire Spa Retreat procedure and policy.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE:  LUXURY LODGE HOLIDAY GUESTS

All luxury lodge holidays are booked via our partner Hoseasons under the terms and conditions as stated on their website.   Any queries should be raised initially with the Hoseasons team.   Please see: Contacting Hoseasons 

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE: SPA & RESTAURANT GUESTS

Our Yorkshire Spa Retreat team will ensure that your visit with us is as relaxing as possible, and will look after your needs throughout your visit, so if you do have any queries with regards to you experience with, we would kindly recommend that you have a chat with our Guest Experience Team, who will always be happy to help.  Our friendly team will seek to rectify your query immediately and ensure we get your experience right back on track. However, if for any reason this is not possible, they will escalate any issues raised to the park Owners who will review your query.

Please provide us as much information about the matter as possible:

  • Your full name, address, email address and telephone number
  • Confirmation of preferred means of communication
  • Details of any previous correspondence you’ve had with us
  • Details of your query or complaint 

If we are unable to resolve the matter immediately, we’ll send an acknowledgement of receipt of the query/complaint (via post or email) within 5 business days.

If we require more information, we will get in touch with you via your preferred means of communication. Our guest resolution target is within 28 working days of us receiving your query/complaint and we will certainly provide you as a minimum a progress update within this timeframe.

If for whatever reason this is not possible, we will contact you to explain the reasons why and let you know how long our investigations are likely to take.

We are committed to treating you fairly and transparently, and to dealing with your concerns as quickly as we can. HOLIDAY OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Discounts and special offers may be made in conjunction with our published prices. The cost per holiday, after any discounts, may vary by arrival date and accommodation type.  All discounts and special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.  Special offers cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion and will only be honoured if mentioned at the time of booking. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you will pay, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one offer per booking.

 


OWNER PROGRAMS - LUXURY LODGE OWNERSHIP from £34,380*

*Terms and conditions apply.  Yorkshire Spa Retreat presents Luxury Lodge Owner Programs starting from £34,380* refers to The Brambles (see list below).  The Owner Programs involves a 1/4 share, providing 70 nights a year in one of 4 Luxury Lodge Models:

  • The Brambles (a 2023 Lakewood lodge, 42x14ft, 2 bedrooms) featuring an external garden, kitchen, pergola, and decking system, or
  • The Elders (a 2024 Kahlo Lodge, 44x14ft, 2 bedrooms) featuring an external garden, kitchen, pergola, decking system and hot tub, or
  • The Mulberries (a 2023 Faraday lodge, 40x20ft, 2 bedrooms) featuring an external garden, kitchen, pergola, decking system, and a hot tub, or
  • The Damsons (a 2024 lodge, 48x22ft, 3 bedrooms) featuring an external garden, kitchen, pergola, decking system, and a large hot tub.

* Pet-friendly options are available on selected lodges 

Pricing and Savings: Prices start at £34,380*, £47,980*, £57,580* and £78,590* respectively.  The term "Save £103,104*" refers to the cost difference between Full Ownership of The Brambles and a 1/4 share Owner Program.  The term "Save £143,940*" refers to the price variance between Full Ownership of The Elders and a 1/4 share Owner Program.  The term "Save £172,140*" refers to the price variance between Full Ownership of The Mulberries and a 1/4 share Owner Program. "Save £235,770*" refers to the price variance between Full Ownership of The Damsonsand a 1/4 share Owner Program.  Prices exclude the annual Site Fee, an additional cost.  Complete details regarding the Site Fee and related services are available upon request.

Prices are accurate as of October 17, 2023, and are subject to change.  The annual Site Fee is not included in the Owner Program price. Yorkshire Spa Retreat reserves the right to make changes to the Owner Program, lodge specifications, and associated fees, with updates communicated on this page.  Owners are allocated 70 nights per year in their designated lodge.  Additional usage, full Owner Program terms,  and adjustments to the Owner Program is subject to terms outlined in the comprehensive agreement.

Prices are accurate as of June 20, 2024, and are subject to change.  The annual Site Fee is not included in the Owner Program price. *Terms and conditions apply.  Yorkshire Spa Retreat presents Luxury Lodge Full Ownership starting from £195,950*.  This is a Full Ownership Lodge in The Blacksmiths luxury lodge, a 2023 Lakewood lodge, 42x14ft, 2 bedroom model, featuring an external garden, outdoor furnture, a Kamado Joe BBQ, and decking system.  Extra options such as a Hot Tub, Pergola and Outdoor Kitchen are available at an additional cost.

Prices are accurate as of December, 2024, and are subject to change.  The annual Site Fee is not included in the Lodge Ownership purchase price. RETREAT MEMBERSHIP/OWNER PROGRAMS - OWNER EXCLUSIVE REFERRAL OFFER

*Terms and Conditions apply. Minimum purchase price threshold of £34,380 applies. For each successful owner referral leading to the purchase of a holiday home ownership - Retreat membership package, you will be rewarded with £500 in cash. To qualify for this promotion, please ensure that you complete the referral form and submit it to our reception or sales team. In the case of direct enquiries initiated by your friends or family, kindly ask them to inform our Reception/Sales team about the referral before attending their site visit with us. The owner Must refer the potential buyer prior to the initial site visit, referral claims after a site visit will not be valid.  A site visit refers to the initial sales appointment with our team on park.  After the sale is completed and your referral receives approval from the Yorkshire Spa Retreat Sale Team, the £500 reward will be deposited into your bank account within 30 days.
